Man sentenced to 2yrs 7mths jail for boating death
A 45-year-old was sentenced to two years, seven months’ imprisonment for manslaughter after colliding with a beacon. It was estimated he had a blood alcohol level of between 110 to 220 milligrams per 100 millilitres of blood at the time of the crash.
